Band-e Bahman is an ancient dam located several kilometers west of the city of Kovar, over the Qareh Aghaj River. According to experts, this dam was constructed during the Achaemenid era and has stood up for 25 centuries, benefiting the farmers and agriculturalists of Kovar. The length of the dam is 126 meters, its width is four meters, and it has an average height of five meters.
