Chargo Collision & Paint Guide

About the desk · Chargo Collision & Paint Guide

Collision coverage filed like a repair order.

Chargo Collision & Paint Guide is an independent directory of auto body shops, paint specialists, frame-repair shops, and PDR crews across the United States. We organize public evidence so a first phone call is more specific.

01 Bay · The brief

Why we file like an RO instead of a brochure.

Picking a body shop is a paperwork-and-paint problem. We treat each entry like a one-page repair order so the same intake fields land in the same place — every time.

Body work sits between insurance, paint chemistry and frame geometry. Three things can be wrong at once and the panel still looks fine in the parking lot. We built Chargo Collision & Paint Guide because choosing a shop should not be a coin flip between paid Google ads.

This is not a lead-gen site. We do not sell repair-order slots, we do not auction estimate calls, and we do not rewrite a shop’s own copy into marketing fluff. What we publish is what we can verify — what is on the shop’s own site, what shows up in public listings, and what customers have repeatedly said in their own words.

Each entry includes a verified address, phone number, and at least one photograph of real work. Where evidence is thin, we mark the shop as a candidate rather than promote it to a stand-alone listing.

Three rules on every page.

A1 No paid placement Directory position is not sold. No shop can pay for a higher position, a featured slot, or a sponsored callout. Active
A2 Evidence beats marketing copy If a service is claimed but cannot be verified on the shop’s own materials, we omit it. Better to under-state than to repeat someone else’s marketing. Active
A3 Customer mentions stay as mentions No guarantee language. Customer quotes are excerpted as mentions, not as endorsements. The directory does not buy or solicit reviews. Active
